This three-night Uganda gorilla trekking safari offers the experience of a lifetime – encountering these incredible primates in their native habitat. Your safari starts in Entebbe, on the shores of Lake Victoria. From there, you’ll travel by plane to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Your gorilla trekking experience begins early in the morning, as you make your way on foot to the family group that you have been designated to visit with that day. You’ll spend a maximum of one hour with the gorillas – a rule put in place to ensure sustainable encounters – where you’ll watch these incredible creatures go about their lives. Your accommodation for this trip includes a lovely city hotel in Entebbe and a luxury tented camp where you can enjoy some pampering before and after your trek. Please note that this safari is only suitable for those in good physical fitness, as you may have to trek for several hours through dense forest before encountering the gorillas.
